She led a transition leadership team with one of the largest retailers in the world facilitating a buy-out. Michelle has over 35 years of sales, management, design, buying and entrepreneurial experience. Her ability to realize her vision and surround herself with the top advisors and industry leaders is commendable.

Michelle has developed and managed 7-8 figure marketing strategies to exceed revenue goals. Implementation of the processes were at her direction, and she successfully managed teams from multiple industries demonstrating impressive results. She has been responsible for the growth and development of top prospects lists and how to maximize both a strategic and successful partnership. Managing staffs of 50 plus has equipped her with a solid foundation in cultivating strong teams.

With a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Michelle understands how industry trends affect the bottom line. She also holds licenses in Real Estate and Cosmetic Lasers. Her vast knowledge and resources allow her to impact the vision, design, implementation and marketing platforms that drive a company to achieve financial success and stability.

Terry Weber, a nationally recognized CEO, has been instrumental in transforming industries traditionally inaccessible to women. Weber's exceptional leadership skills, strategic management, and disruptive vision have led to the creation of high-performing teams that have navigated diverse industry sectors, from retail automotive aftermarket to consumer brands. She modernized the auto industry, working with leading companies like Ford and AutoZone, and subsequently transformed major consumer brands like Ann Taylor and Kroger to thrive in the e-commerce era. As the first female President and CEO of Fredericks of Hollywood, she skyrocketed the company's e-commerce business from $500,000 to $7.8 million in under 18 months.

In recent years, Weber has made substantial contributions to the healthcare sector. As CEO of Amen Clinics and brainMD, she leveraged innovative clinical practices to revolutionize psychiatry. Currently, as the CEO of BioTE Medical, a leading innovator in personalized healthcare, she promotes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy while upholding the highest standards of science and research. Weber's commitment to healthcare also led her to co-found PreventiveMedicine.org, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting wellness and integrative medicine. With a proven track record of exceeding sales and profitability targets, she has successfully led operations with annual sales ranging from $100 million to $2.5 billion.

John Olsen

As a 25-year veteran of the IT industry, John provided foundational technical and strategic leadership to high-growth, world-class companies. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Betacom Inc, he leads a Systems, Engineering and Technology team that drives innovation, CyberSecurity programs and architecture, and client implementation success.

John led successful IT transformation and Innovation as CIO/CTO at companies including MetroPCS, NEC, Supreme Lending, InnoTech and Goodman Networks. He chaired the CIO Forum for the Dallas Chamber of Commerce for 5 years and currently sits on boards at Southern Methodist University (SMU), University of Texas-Dallas (UTD), and Novus Academy. He holds an MA Degree from Webster University and BA Degree from Texas State University.
